First Thanksgiving Facts

Mrs. Flott's, Mrs. Ogle's and Mrs. Riggin's students have been learning all about the first Thanksgiving.  They were so excited to share what they learned with others that they decided to create their own paper slide videos.  Each teacher used the document cameras in their classrooms.  The students took turns presenting their art work and sharing their information about Native Americans and Pilgrims.  Thank you, First Graders for sharing your awesome learning!

A Retelling of Molly's Pilgrim

Mrs. Greiner' s class enjoyed making their first slide show on owls that they couldn't wait to do another.  This week the class did a retelling of Molly's Pilgrim.  Each student was assigned a section of the book to illustrated and summarize.  The students took turns using the document camera to record their part.  The recordings were put together to make the final product.  The students were practicing retelling story, summarizing, sequencing and their speaking skills in addition to creating a wondering video!
